18.2.2008 : New Exhibition
‘Paintings of Things in the Sea’ at the Ken Done Gallery, 1 Hickson Road, The Rocks, Sydney.
This latest exhibition is a collection of both canvases and works on paper that spans 20 years from 1987-2007, and chronicles Ken’s life long obsession with the underwater world. ‘I like to dive and I hope these works show something about what I feel about being under water. What interests me now is to instil a fantastic freshness in my work, the freshness of the water, the reef, the colours of the fish’ Ken Done, 1991
Now showing at the Ken Done Gallery, exhibition open every day, 10.00am-5.30pm.
