16.1.2004 : Done store in Mosman
Done Art & Design have opened a new store in Mosman, on Sydney's North Shore. This leafy suburb is situated right on Sydney Harbour and has long been a favourite subject for Australian artists who have found beauty and inspiration in its many harbour beaches and water views.
One of the most spectacular is Chinamans Beach, where Ken and Judy Done live. Many of Ken?s artworks feature flowers from their garden, views of Middle Harbour and surrounding beaches from Ken?s studio the Cabin, where he has been painting for over 25 years. This area of Sydney continues to have a strong influence over many of the products found in the Done range.
Mosman has built a reputation as the North Shore?s most exclusive shopping district, and is the site chosen for this new Done Lifestyle concept store. In store is an expanded range of homewares, original art, silkscreens, digital reproduction prints, and of course a full range of Done womens, mens and kids clothing.
The store will be open Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm, and Sunday 11 am to 3 pm.
